NE.SvR07 RULES
1.no hbs,hulk ups,headbutt 4 from behind, cuz its unblockable and definetly not hax whatsoever unless its for realisim, no freezing
2.no unblockables like stomp glitch(such as
undertaker stomp angry stomp and booker stomp, Women Stomp/Women Toekick/ Jericho toe kick and grapple),no free finisher knee drop 1 from top,no
diving fist drop. Jumping off top rope for a finisher is cheap doing it couple times in a match is okay. Never follow up after a dirty Grapple like lowblow 3 in upper strong grapple.. after lowblow 3 let ur oppoenent fall to the ground then attack. And doing alot Dirty Grapples is the same thing as doing alot flying moves for free finisher ..CHEAP!
3.double red rules all the time and except when u face cheap people
2 red : Ex. get two body parts red and have to end
with finisher but DOUBLE RED.
4.stay in ring no running out unless you need refill
stamina and always clean entry meaning no hitting oppoenet when they enter ring, no powerwhips its deperate and noobish and no pulling peoples legs by the Rope either very gay and noobish
5.no disconnecting if you lose and no quiting if ur
losing unless there cheap or if they got a hacked caw
its ok to DC.
7.You can use ANY caw in the matches as long as you FOLLOW the NE.SvR07 rules but dont make a 99 SHW thats really lame -_- with all 16 + DMg moves LAME!
8. dont ever screw any1 over with any Bullshit like in a Triple threat no jumping an opponent fight evenly n fair
9. NEVER PUNCH GRAPLE OR STOMP GRAPPLE its UNblockable and dont attack when ur oppoenent is out of stamina its Unblockable.
10. Modding any superstar is fine as long as its realistic and not some panzy ass bullshit -_- good movesets are on

12. No Power Whips Be4 getting the belt @ Ladder matches or Powerwhips Never in any kind of match unless Cheaps(haxs, hbers, Major Mods. etc.)
13. No Pickup Finishers! Always Toe KIck or other ways of performing ur special but not any UB way another way of doing ur special can be irishwhip then elbow but nothign UB like Shoulder thrust into turnbuckle then hitting L1! but ye any blockable way to do your special then hit L1 and no finishers inside a Strong grapple its nearly Unblockable and cheap
14. New Rule in SvR .. dont do Early Finishers in matches.. wait until 2 mins has gone by.
15. No Picking up after HHH spinebuster which is cheap and unblockable
16. NEVER PICK KHALI UNLESS U MADE HIM SHW and stat mods are okay only if realistic
